The Research On Patent Strategy Of Automobile Spare Part In Liaoning Province

With the development of automobile industry, china’s automotive industry has gone through the process of Introduction, Digestion, Absorption and Re-innovation. There are a group of automobile enterprise with international influence, but the auto parts industry, as the downstream of the automotive industry chain, is still less competitive, not only the host supporting capacity is not strong, and less output, poor quality, but also surrounded in international multinational patent.In this paper, we have carried on the SWOT analysis of the patent intellectual property rights of auto parts in Liaoning province. The external environment includes the world auto parts development situation, patent competitive landscape of major provinces in our country, the patent competition ability of mainly auto parts companies. Internal environment includes the field of auto parts and the current status of Liaoning province, the competitiveness and patent intellectual property potential of the main companies. According to the internal and external environment, analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of Liaoning Province in the development of auto parts patent intellectual property rights.Based on the above analysis, we put forward guidelines and objectives of auto parts patent intellectual property development strategy, meanwhile the content and object of patent strategy from two aspects. The Content-based strategy mainly includes the patent creation, use, protection and management, and the object-type strategy make a special patent development strategy on the field of car maintenance, airbags, carburetor and combustion technology, diesel engines, refitted vehicle, Chassis technology.Finally, in order to implement the auto parts patent intellectual property development strategy of Liaoning province more effective, this paper consider that we should be facilitate the implementation of the strategy from three aspects, such as patent policy system, the patent intellectual property intermediary service system, Intellectual property culture environment construction. Only in this way, can we make the auto parts industry in Liaoning Province have more competitive in China, and more influential in the international arena.
