Export credit insurance financing is a new financing product of Bank of C Liaoning branch which develops very fast in recent years. As an important supplement to the traditional trade financing products, after coming out to Liaoning branch it brought considerable intermediate business income and interest income, and also indirectly improved the clearing market share, maintained the relationship between banks and enterprises. But as the complexity of export trade environment intensifies, business dispute increases, the risk control and business expanding in Liaoning branch did not develop proportionately, which leads to adverse business increasing, the overdue business frequently appears.The first chapter is the introduction, introduces the research background and significance, research at home and abroad and the research methods and ideas; the second chapter on the export of Liaoning branch of C bank credit insurance financing business situation analysis, introduces the export credit insurance financing business processes, and Liaoning problems; third chapter from three a credit risk, operational risk and legal risk, the qualitative analysis in Liaoning export credit guarantee financing business risk; the fourth chapter of Liaoning occurred nearly four years of service, using multivariate ordinal regression analysis of different risk factors on the occurrence probability of overdue; the fifth chapter combines the results of risk analysis, methods are brought forward to strengthen the risk management of loans, loans and credits from after the three stage.In this paper, using the example analysis, qualitative analysis, quantitative analysis method, to study the financing risk of export credit insurance conducted differential argument, the exporter performance ability, export area and settlement types are important factors affecting the financing risk, method of establishing business access scoring mechanism, department and customer relationship building product department cooperation mechanism proposed in the prevention of risks.
