The vastmajority of smallµ-enterprise come from the informal financial institutions and private unitshigh costs and risks of funds raised. Financing has become the main factors restricting thedevelopment of small and micro-enterprises in our country. In recent years, the relevant statedepartments for including small and micro-enterprises attaches great importance to the healthydevelopment of small and medium-sized enterprises. After the small and medium-sized enterprisespromotion act, authorities launched a number of promote the development of small andmedium-sized enterprises, solve the financing difficulties of the policies and measures. But, withChina’s response to the2008financial crisis measures, Europe’s debt crisis intensified, the end ofthe world economy recession, etc, slow down the incidence of China’s economic development in thelast year, for smallµ-enterprises financing environment and the problem has not improved.This article mainly studied the smallµ-enterprises financing problems andcountermeasures. Considered smallµ-enterprises financing difficulties, the smallµ-enterprises are difficult to find the money in the society. In recent years, the smallµ-enterprises almost can’t get credit from the bank, but instead of the informal financialinstitutions and private financing channels on the increase, the problem is the funds cost is high, therisk is big etc. This article elaborated the selected topic background and the significance under thepremise of first to the smallµ-enterprises is defined and its characteristics, use SWOT toanalyze the development of smallµ-enterprises. Then according to the theory of corporate finance related and based on the literature review, combined with smallµ-enterprisesfinancing present situation, respectively from smallµ-enterprises themselves, financialinstitutions and the external financing environment three aspects analyzes the influence factors ofsmallµ-enterprises financing difficulties. Finally through using smallµ-enterprisesfinancing problems of crack experience both at home and abroad, combined with the actualsituation in our country, targeted smallµ-enterprises themselves, financial institutions andgovernment three aspects put forward the crack countermeasures to financing problems of smallµ-enterprises in our country, smallµ-enterprises financing behavior is discussed, Thenoptimization of smallµ-enterprises financing system, would like to present new ideas tosmall micro enterprise financing, dig up new way for small micro enterprise financing.
