And Finally, putting forward theframework of plan construction, and relevant policy environment for development ininvestigation industry.Main conclusions summarized as follows:(1) enterprise annuity plan, thesupplementary form of old-age security, can improve the retirement income ofemployee in investigation enterprise. It is also the inner power to promote enterprisedevelopment, it has positive effect on promoting enterprise competitiveness, attractingand retaining staff and so on.(2) investigation industry has certain feasibility inconstructing Defined Contribution enterprise annuity plan. Feasibility and releventfactors are mainly reflected in the policy, economic, operating, and mode.(3) theconstruction and development of enterprise annuity plan should focus on severalaspects, such as payment, management, operations and so on. For payment standard,we should consider the diversified design, such as the length of service, the positionsof rank, personal contribution and even gender factors. At the same time, put forwardthe gradient design of rights ascription, according to the length of service and the positions of rank.
