Research On The Innovation And Development Of Privately Operated Economy And Local Government Function In Taizhou

In China,the fast rise of the privately operated economy is a phenomenon in the period of reform and opening-up.And the government played an important role in its development,owing to the top-down and bottom-up reform. With the deepening of reform and opening-up, actually the local government’s enthusiasm and initiative to develop the privately operated economy is becoming bigger and bigger,and its effect is more and more obvious.But,sometimes the local government also may hinder the development of the privately operated economy.In the new historical period,in order to promote the innovation and development of the privately operated economy,the role of local government should be redefinition,and the way to affect should be redesigned.As the birthplace of China’s privately operated economy, Taizhou’s privately operated economy grew up very quickly depending on the first-mover advantage,and has became the mainstay of the economy and society,the primary financial revenue,and the chief employment channel.So,we can say,the reserch on Taizhou,is typical in China.However,in recent years,Taizhou’s privately operated economy has been sustained by the "growing pains"-ceiling effect, the structural and quality problem has been fully exposed, and how to guide its transformation and upgrading is a question we must answer.This thesis just reserch on it precisely from a microscopic point of view of Taizhou.
