The Research On Privately Operated Enterprise's CSR

At present the corporate society responsibility(CSR)movement gradually becomes an international tide .Domestic speaking, because the private enterprise short of CSR consciousness, the social pressure caused by the unceasing enlargement of the poor-rich disparity which followed by the reform and open-up policy has been gradually transformed to private enter prides and entrepreneurs. So the private enterprise CSR is arousing more and more attention, and the trend of enforcing CSR also becomes much more evitable.This article mainly uses the literature research method, and combines case study analysis. With the combing of the correlation literature, the author has analyzed the privately operated enterprise's CSR presentation, the main manifest of CSR shortage and the reason analysis, and then proposed the strengthened suggestion of improving CSR. Finally, the author summarized the case of domestic outstanding privately operated enterprise- SUNING APPLIANCE CO., LTD. All above analyses are based on the target of economical responsibility, staff rights and interest's responsibility, legal liability, public welfare and environment responsibility.The research goal of this article is analyzing CSR of privately operated enterprise systemically. Analyzing the privately operated enterprise's CSR presentation, the main manifest of CSR shortage and the reason analysis, and then proposed the strengthened suggestion of improving CSR. The target is to provide mentality and the guidance for the privately operated enterprise and then to improve competence through the systemic analysis, all of which make private enterprises positively invests in the global competition tide. The paper research result indicated that there are flaws to CSR in the cognition and practice aspects, the reasons of which include growth environment, growth way, appraisal system's shortage and exterior supervising managing factor's weakness. Therefore to enhance the privately operated enterprise's CSR situation, the enterprise own, exterior supervising and managing and the fair value judgments standard three aspects.The paper is divided into six parts to discuss the CSR of privately operated enterprises. The first chapter is the introduction of the paper, which introduces the research background, the research goal and significance, the research mentality and the method as well as the main innovation spots. The second chapter is the related theory summary part, which defines the CSR concept and introduces the correlated argument. The third chapter is the privately operated enterprise's CSR appraisal basis, which first introduces the present situation of privately operated enterprise's development, points the necessity of privately operated enterprise's fulfilling CSR and then introduces the appraisal selected by this paper respectively be economical responsibility, staff rights and interests responsibility, legal liability, public welfare and environmental protection responsibility. The fourth chapter is the basic appraisal of privately operated enterprise's CSR, respectively be the privately operated enterprise's CSR present situation, the flaw performances, and the analysis to the privately operated enterprise CSR flaw reason. The fifth chapter is the strengthened countermeasure of privately operated enterprise's CSR, including the promotion of privately operated enterprise's own CSR development, the establishment of fair value judgment standard and strengthening of exterior supervision. The sixth chapter is the case analysis part, which analyze the situation of SUNING APPLIANCE CO., LTD., which is a typical privately operated enterprise.
