| New generation employees, who are born after1980and even1990, in recent years, most have completed their studies, and go into their workplace, gradually become the backbone in the workplace. Their background of reform and opening-up in China and the complex social environment of culture shock from all over the world, shaping thier characteristics of themselves, which are very different from the’60s employees in the way of thinking and doing, this has brought huge impact and test to the traditional enterprise management mode. Therefore, enterprises need to help them adapt to the workplace better at the beginning when the new generation employees are hired. Successful management methods and measures can help them integrated into the workplace better and reduce the work pressure and turnover levels, enhance the level of organizational commitment and job performance, which are highly beneficial for the employee’s own development and the long-term development of enterprises. This article research for effective integrated methods to the new generation employees, and study the relationship between organizational commitment and these methods. In order that enterprises can put forward targeted measures when managing the new generation employees, improve their level of organizational commitment, give help to the development of enterprises and employees.Because of the new generation employees qualities on the IT enterprise staff performance in the workplace is obvious. Based on the new generation employees in IT industry, this research is empirical study through literature research and interviews of their head of human resources, understanding their management approaches and strategies deeply, then summed up a set of relatively complete and effective integration management method. Next, select the level of organizational commitment as outcome variables, research the relationships between these methods and employees’ organizational commitment level through questionnaire research,surveyed in Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin,Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Guangdong Provinces, totalize225participants of the IT enterprise, use SPSS17.0software for statistical analysis.Research results show that there are significant positive correlations between the management process and indicators and the level of organizational commitment of new generation employees but different in degree. In all of these indicators, indicators about humanities classes has the most significant relationship with organizational commitment, followed are measures and organizational rules,alaso presented a higher level of positive correlation with commitment level. Moreover, the results ts showed that the integrated management methods of employees is also have many differences in different types of enterprises,therefore also makes their organizational commitment level differences. This paper studies a set of management method and measures for new generation employees through the integrating process, and verified that the excellent integrated management measures have positive influence on organizational commitment level, as well as that between different enterprises,they have differences in management methods and organizational commitment level. By the end of the article, put forward some proper suggestions so as that can help improving the management of new generation employees and improve their level of organizational commitmente. |
