We research the historical development of socialization, the capitalism from free competition stage to the stage of private monopoly capitalism, and then to the stage of international monopoly capitalisms. Through the investigations a development from low level to high level process. At the same time, we summarizes four conclusions.Chapter three, the contemporary value of Marx’s social capital theory.
