The paper is researched on the marketing strategy of Manor Pasture Company (Zhuangyuan Dairy).Till now the company has already founded13years, growing competition in the dairy industry how to from a nameless small business development become the locally famous brand enterprise, and how to expand to other area. Depend on its development process as the research object.First, the paper simply introduces to its background, structure and method. Through the research of relative marketing theories, in order to further study and build the marketing strategy of Zhuangyuan Dairy on a solid theoretical basis.Second, the enterprise marketing current situation and marketing strategic environment analysis, find out the enterprise marketing the problem, has been clear about the enterprise needed to solve the problem at the same time to set the theoretical foundation for its feasible marketing strategy.And then, it is dependent on the market segmentation theory as beginning, it selects target population of Zhuangyuan Dairy. On the marketing4P theory put forward the Zhuangyuan Dairy marketing strategy. In the product strategy orientation, the company must pay attention to the development of high-end features liquid milk; in the price of a product strategy, the company adopt in higher prices, more outstanding value for the marketing concept. In the place strategy, the company mainly used the control principle, namely to strengthen place, the three aspects of the management such as dealers, logistic warehouse, distribution, In the promotion strategy, the company provide professional service and constantly improve the service system, make good use of media this platform, enhancing the produce reputation and popularity.Last, these three aspects of Zhuangyuan Dairy guarantee the successful implementation of marketing strategy from the enterprise culture, organization structure, human resources; Specific measures state four aspects including the talent training, the establishment of the customer information database, the emerging network channels development and implementation and improvement strategy.
