Since the reform and opening-up,with the rapid growth of China's economy and society,the dairy product market has continued to rise and develop rapidly,which has made the dairy market compete with others more and more fiercely.There has already had a long history about the development of foreign dairy products,but the development of domestic dairy products is still at the initial stage,however,as the largest demand for dairy products,China's market potential must not be overlooked.Therefore,there needs to increase their investment for Chinese dairy products manufacturers,including not only the construction of production lines,but also the research and development of new products and marketing of products,it fundamentally changes the quality of dairy products and the company's sales capabilities of domestic dairy products,and enables to compete vigorously with foreign dairy products so that we can seize a place in the dairy product market.Therefore,we should intensify the research on high-end dairy products,expand the market capacity and develop the third and fourth-tier cities.In the end,we can occupy a certain market position in the fierce competition of dairy products.In this paper,it is based on the status quo and competitive environment of China's dairy products companies,taking the problems of Siping Junlebao Dairy Co.,Ltd.as the starting point,we can apply marketing STP theory,4PS theory to conduct marketing strategy research,and finally come up with the following solutions:Firstly,in the product,we should use the product combination strategy to increase the width and depth of the product mix,and realize the diversification strategy of the product.Secondly,In pricing,we should increase the price difference between high,middle and low end products,highlight the brand value.Thirdly,we should strengthen and management the existing channels and try to develop new ones.Fourthly,in the promotion,we should strengthens the terminal sale promotion activity,pay attention to the advertisement strategy and the public relations propaganda.Finally,effective the implementation of marketing strategies through organizational,technical and institutional management.Above all,I hope my small effort can help Si Ping Jun Lebao Holding(Group)Co.,Ltd.to achieve better and faster development.At the same time to open up the northeast market and to help Junle Bao Group to successfully promote the ranks of dairy manufacturers.
