With the process of A city changes accelerating, the development of the regional economy will bring a broader space and economic effect, the real estate market will also usher in a larger development space. The constructions of ACC project pull on the industrial economic development of A City, and support the healthy and stable development of A city. The project where regional development environment gradually mature, helps to improve the regional business services, and support the property structure of local supply imbalance, and full using of valuable land resources city. Be causing of the real estate industry of large investment and long payback period, and easily affected by the macroeconomic and policy, and income and consumption psychology, many uncertain risks and problems are airs in its development process. Once these problems and risks caused by the development of mistakes in decision-making, it will cause serious waste to the society and its own, therefore feasibility analysis of real estate project is very necessary.Utilization of knowledge and theory of feasibility study, ACC real estate project is study. First, from the macro economy and related policy to the real estate project are analyzed; then, from the development of the real estate market and ACC market competition situation of project products a full range analysis, and according to the actual survey results, to classify the eye-catching customers, the product of the project and function a reasonable location; third, the project financial analysis, risk and other aspects of the feasibility analysis of investment on the project; finally, the ACC project has the very strong feasibility of the conclusion.Based on the ACC project feasibility study, the economic benefits are expected to estimate. The ACC project property will get net profit of about380million, net profit rate of17.86%, net profit rate of investment is43.79%, the project break-even sales rate of69.46%. According to the survey of the project itself, the project sales82%is very optimistic. Based on Financial analysis of the project, it has the very high value development ultimately predictable ACC project.
