Nowadays, researches on workplace fun receive more and more attention of scholars. The increase of workplace fun will have an impact on employee job satisfaction, and then job performance.Related researches are mainly concentrated in foreign countries, domestic organization managers in china pay little attention to the positive influence on the organization brought by workplace fun. Relevant empirical study has not been found yet. According to this situation, empirical research is used as the method of this paper to study the relationship of workplace fun, job satisfaction and job performance on the new generation of employee.Firstly, in this paper, the definition, dimension, related factors and measurement methods were reviewed on the workplace fun, the job satisfaction and the job performance. Based on which, a workplace fun questionnaire was developed with three dimension including fun enjoyment, fun attitude and the result of perception, in order to construct a model of the relationship between the three and put forward the hypothesis.Secondly, by using the questionnaire developed by research scholars at home and abroad, three scales were formulated and a research was carried out with the object of the new generation of workers in Zhengzhou’s various organization. Statistical analysis of the collected data is made through SPSS18.0statistical software for Social Science, which leaded to the verification of the reliability and validity of the questionnaire, the summarization of the work status of new generation staff, the exploration of the difference of population variables of sociology on varies research dimensions, and the analysis on the relationship between workplace fun, job satisfaction and job performance.Finally, the hypothesis was verified through research and analysis. The results are as follows:(1) Workplace fun and job satisfaction has a significantly positive correlation (2) Workplace fun is positively related to job performance (3) Job satisfaction and job performance has a significantly positive correlation (4) Job satisfaction works as a medium between the relationship of workplace fun and job performance. According to the conclusion of the study, the following suggestions are put forward for the organization’s managers:pay attention to the spiritual needs of new generation staff, improve job satisfaction through the increase of workplace fun in order to improve the organizational performance.
