With the development of the level of economic, the competition between enterprises is growing. Staffs turnover becomes a big problem to the enterprise, how to attract and retain talents becomes an important topic to these enterprises. Knowledge staffs can master not only the higher professional skills but also work experiences, they are the most important resource for an enterprise. It will bring huge lose to the enterprises once the knowledge staff turnover. At present, how to improve the job satisfaction of knowledge staffs, search reasons for the turnover of knowledge staffs, formulate the corresponding strategies to reduce wastage rate is the key work to the enterprises in the enterprise management practice.The paper summarizes the elements of employee satisfaction and the influence factors of staff turnover, and then sets the questionnaire through the research learning about employee satisfaction and employees turnover. Then choose a company, and analyze the data by the software of SPSS19.0. Through the data analysis, this paper simplifies the elements of employee satisfaction into four sort:"Working Return "."Working Environment"."Working Group"."Enterprise Culture" dimensions. And then this paper discusses the influence of these various elements to employee satisfaction and staffs turnover, after this, the paper introduce the influence of individual staff to the employee satisfaction statistical and staff turnover by the method of variance analysis. At last, the paper builds the staffs turnover model and gives the feasible countermeasures and suggestions to the enterprise based on the research.
