With the rapid rise of the financial industry,as the indirect financing of enterprise,banking is catching more and more attention.For decades, the banking industry has been treat the company’s business as an important source of profit and has invested a lot of manpower and financial resources in it.However, due to the growing competition in recent years, coupled with the interest rate market,the profitable way of solely the spreads for profit earnings has been affected largely.Thus, most commercial banks have transformed the earnings strategic model and treat the personal credit business with capital consumption as a new profit growth point.As the best local commercial banks in Henan Province, the size of ZZ bank’s assets and liabilities were ranked in Henan Province and exceeded the average of city commercial banks.Like other commercial banks, in recent years the ZZ banks have begun to adjust the strategic planning, putting personal credit business in a very important position.But due to lacking of experience and other reasons, the business of ZZ bank appeared a lot of problems in the development process,causing a certain extent hindering of the smooth development.Through specific analysis of the overall operation of the ZZ bank and the type,structure,scale and risk prevention of their personal credit business. We found that ZZ bank faced many problems for example unaccurated business positioning, lack of innovation, single poor product type, the original examination and approval methods, the capability of business risk prevention of the ZZ bank loan business in the development process has to be improved.These problems are a serious impediment to the smooth progress of the ZZ bank’s loan business, reducing the ZZ bank’s competitiveness in the market,adversely affecting its long-term healthy development.After a detailed analysis of these issues, learning from the experience of outstanding domestic and foreign commercial banks loan business, we proposed for some development strategy recommendations of the ZZ bank loan business.This paper argues that if the ZZ bank wants get rapid and long-term development of personal credit business, it should change from the following two aspects as that strengthening overall development of the Bank, improving the attention of the loan business.Specifically, the following aspects:strengthen the construction of their own culture,increase network coverage, improve the loan officer’s incentives, accurate business positioning, optimizing operational processes, strengthen risk management and control system.
