Global mergers and acquisitions one after another the acquisition of domestic enterprises overseas enterprises gradually become a hot topic in today’s economic life. Of the success of the M&A integration is closely related to employee relations in the M&A process. Employee relationships management theory and research methods are described; the main problems in the integration of employee relations in the process of mergers and acquisitions were analyzed on the basis of in-depth analysis of relevant theory, then the proposed coping strategies and solutions. Then with examples, and profound insight mergers and acquisitions integration of employee relations on the basis of the underlying theory, research and exploration from the following aspects:1. Thesis on employee relations system, a comprehensive analysis of the connotation and characteristics of employee relations, major meaning and essence of employee relations, the significance of the characteristics of the employee relationship management exposition;2. Paper further resolves employee relations in the M&A process is affected, how to change, and the problems in the integration of employee relations in the process of mergers and acquisitions;3. The strategy research and solutions of the integration of employee relations in the M&A process, and to explore the maintenance and consolidation of employee relations in the process of mergers and acquisitions;4. The present paper takes the case of the integration of employee relations in the process of French telecommunications company Alcatel mergers and acquisitions of Shanghai Bell for analysis, though introduced Alcatel and Shanghai Bell and M&A background and strategic analysis to put forward the specific proposals for the integration of employee relations, and to analyze the practical application of the program.
