In21Century, enterprises face the fierce external competition environment. the enterprise wants to obtain the long-term survival and the development, must stand in the global perspective, examines the changing business environment in the light of her development, make overall planning for the future development of enterprises. We refer to this process as the process of strategic management of enterprises. Strategic management embodies the strategy of an enterprise, is directly related to the normal development of the enterprise management and the future. The premise of enterprise strategy management is to ensure the mission of the enterprise, fully exploit opportunities, strive to create opportunities, correctly identify the relationship between enterprises and the business environment, and then refine the scope of business, a clear direction of growth enterprises, the development of enterprise competitive strategy, and the rational allocation of existing resources of enterprise, adjust enterprise industrial layout, eventually formed the core competitiveness of enterprises. In recent years, our country stepped up supervision of the pharmaceutical industry, pharmaceutical industry cost to rise sharply and drug prices continued to decline, the pharmaceutical enterprises, is undoubtedly a great difficulties. Operating status of pharmaceutical enterprises continued to worsen, the long term, the future continue to deteriorate the possibility still exists, the degree of competition in medical industry unprecedented cruelty, presumably, the pharmaceutical industry will face "shuffle", be imperative a final results to the survival of the fittest for the structure adjustment.This paper uses theories and methods of modern strategic management, comprehensive analysis of the B Company’s external environment opportunities,threats, internal strengths and weaknesses. And then it develops strategic plans for the company, and put forward the proposed strategy idea, strategy and development of key company. Proposed to increase investment in OTC market inputs; into the rural market, strategic focus, while also raised a number of strategic combinations. Hope that through the study of the company’s development strategy to enable the company to give urgent attention to strategic management, a clear corporate strategy into the fast track of development.
