Research For High-tech Small And Medium-sized Enterprises For Sustainable Growth And Diffusion Mechanism

High-tech small and medium-sized enterprises is the most dynamic one during the smalland mid-sized enterprises.It has the prospect of development and it is the important force topromote economic development and technology innovation.It also has significant influence tofacilitate the development of a country or region’s economic growth,enhance marketcompetitiveness,and improve the comprehensive economic strength.However,there are a lot ofproblems in their growth and development process, such as short life,slow speed ofgrowth,the weak ability of risk resistance and difficulty of financing.They seriously restrictthe sustainable growth of economy, technology and comprehensive competitiveness of acountry or regions.Therefore,the diffusion of sustainable growth of research and technologicalsmall and medium-sized enterprise may be able to realize more small and medium-sizedtechnology-based enterprises in our nation make breakthroughs from small to large scale.Itwill provide some referential experience for the technological small and medium-sizedenterprises which are in the way of researching sustainable growth and diffusion with arduousstruggle.It will also provide objective basis for government to make rules for growth andpolicy of small and mid-sized enterprises.First of all,this study mainly makes analysis in the basis of systemizing related researchachievements of sustainable growth domestic and foreign enterprises and technology-basedSMES,points out the imperfection of the related research and puts forward academic issue inthis paper.Secondly,with related theory and research,I’m going to analyze the influencingfactors of sustainable growth and diffusion model as well as formation mechanism oftechnology-based SMES in our country.Thirdly,through the case study,I try to find out the keyinfluencing factors of sustainable growth and diffusion model as well as formationmechanism which can promote the sustainable growth of technology-based SMES,and toestablish an effective diffusion mechanism.Last but not least,I would like to combineadvanced management experience of domestic and foreign SMES together,give an case studyon the key success factors and its formation mechanism,build sustainable growth of diffusionmechanism model,and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions as well as providethe reference and guidance for their sustainable growth,thus,breaking through the bottlenecksof sustainable growth during their development progress.
