With the advent of the Age of Great Science, not only a rapid development has taken placed here, but also a series of problems happened. In the recent twenty years, some misconduct in science is frequently exposed in the academic society. The fellow include graduate students, teachers, professors and even the noble character and high prestige. This kind of conduct, not only harms the healthy development of science, but also can bring great loss to the country and society. Therefore, we need to rethink the misconducts in science.In this paper, by using the method of literature analysis and case study, the writer introduces the definition of the misconduct in abroad at first, and then make a definition of this kind of conduct on the basis of the definition abroad, that is in the process of researching, including fabrication,falsification, plagiarism and other to the contrary to scientific research of moral behavior.According to the general form of scientific research activities, respectively from the applications and research, scientific research and implementation of evaluation results, and published a phased introduction of types of research misconduct is classified; the main reason from four aspects of deviation, awareness of the complexity of science research ethics problems, the social environment for instant success and the science and technology policy, supervision and punishment lack of scientific misconduct resulting.Basic causes of scientific misconduct in the clarity of the developed countries for reference, formulate successful experience in supervisory control, policy, puts forward the preventive and control measures of research misconduct. Only from the improvement of the scientific research system and strengthen the two aspects of moral education, and the penalties for increased research misconduct, can fundamentally prevent and control research misconduct.
