Commercial banks are an important way of seeking funds for contemporary Chinese SMEs(Small and Medium-size Enterprises). From the regional economic system and based on their own experience, how to use an effective and feasible method to enhance the ability of the bank to resist risks after careful and thorough exploration of SMEs lending risk. It is hoped to achieve the goal that makes the cost of the SMEs loan business decrease with the increase of scale, the quality does n’t go bad due to the speeding up, the benefit increases with the efficiency and SMEs develop with the banks.Based on the SMEs loan business, this paper analyzes the risk point and the reason of the risk in depth. At the same time, in reference to the outstanding cases at home and abroad, and the personal experience in bank, this paper gives recommendations in a targeted manner.We analyzes the appearance of the risk in the loan business of SMEs from four levels, the global strategy, the operation of the SMEs themselves, customer communication and credit analysis. Then followed by reference to the success of domestic and foreign banks to control risk cases; Shenzhen Commercial Bank SME credit plate the actual structure and risk management problems. From all aspects of a risk of internal and external factors, we discuss the lending in depth. Followed by the corresponding recommendations and proposals to promote the ability to control risk management loan business of SMEs of Shenzhen commercial bank. Summed up the conclusions:When those can be provided such as precise marketing tools, rigorous and appropriate risk control mechanism as well as the health of the business operating environment, SMEs credit risk can be controlled.
