By2010, China’s automobile industry realized a total industrial output value of4.34trillion yuan, accounting for6.13%of the total national economic output. Directly related to the industry, employing more than4,000people, accounting for more than12%of the national urban employment.Automotive industry revenue of950billion yuan, accounting for13percent of national tax revenues.More than20%growth rate of China’s automobile production and sales in2011, but with the social and economic development, especially the development of the automotive industry and the circulation industry, the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce, many dealers have been showing a small profit in the automotive sales links technology. The same time, the social system in China, the automotive industry and many other industries, are policy-driven market, such as the car to the countryside, the energy policy of benefiting,1.6L displacement purchase tax relief, of recent years, car sales a certain extent, the growth in the leading role, but once the policy is over, a large automotive supply market go from here, a huge team of dealers whether sustained profitability?In this paper, reference literature related industries and types of information, starting from the theory of the basis of the sales channels, the introduction of customer satisfaction theory of the origin and the rise of the automobile4S shop, as well as our auto4S shop basic situation. Re-by selecting representative Changan Suzuki brand dealers, the automotive industry PEST analysis, analysis of local market conditions, through the introduction of its sales, service, product, organizational structure, combined with macro environment SWOT analysis, to arrive at the dealer needs from sales, services, new business development, human resources, financial aspects upgrade. The auto market is the most advanced service concept, marketing concept, the concept of human resources to enhance their management thinking, the last two aspects of satisfaction and vendor relationship maintenance strategy to protect its profit improvement strategy can be strong, healthy and so.Through the above analysis and research, enhance the profitability of the A dealer draw three conclusions:LA dealer must give up before operating philosophy and the way they operate;2new operating model must be armed from the concept to the entity consistently from the top to the execution level.3.A dealers typical example is the auto4S shop industry representatives, many dealers can absorb nutrients from it, in order to achieve profitability.
