Study On The Urban Workers’ Pension Level In Ruicheng County

With the deepening of China’s reform and opening up, the optimization and upgrading ofindustrial structure as well as the aging of the population structure. To establish and improveChina’s social pension insurance system task is particularly urgent. Pension as the physical form theold-age insurance, pension insurance system in the focus of the study content.Pension level is reasonable, is related to people’s livelihood in China, also a direct impact on theconstruction of a harmonious society in China. Excessive pension level would be a nationalfinancial burden, adding to the pressure of job generation payment will produce "caused by theretirement effect"; low pension levels to protect the quality of life of older persons, reduce peoplepayment enthusiasm, consumer demand and reduce the impact on economic development. Sopension moderate level of research, to optimize pension level, to promote the reform of the pensioninsurance system, stable social order, and spur economic development has great practicalsignificance and necessity.In this paper, study Ruicheng from the actual status of its pension level analysis of urban workers.Found that its all pension level is too low，the difference is too large pension replacement rate ofdifferent groups and propose solutions to address these issues and to provide a basis for setting thelevel of pension suitable.
