Accompanied with the acceleration of the space of China`s economic reform, andhow internal organizational change to improve the competitiveness of enterprise, so as toimprove the operational performance of the industry to become one of the domestic focusof attention problems. Mmarket brought by the rapid growth of the total economic, it alsobrings the employees increasing work stress, especially in the coal industry. How tosupport the design of enterprise organizations, continue to reduce the distress, andincrease the eustress, and then improve the job performance of employees andcompetitiveness of enterprises, leading the industry healthy operation, it’s the key issuesof this paper.Based on numerous national and international studies on this topic, this paper firstelaborates the basic concept of the occupational stress, the perspective of organizationalsupport and relative theories. Combined with the actual coal enterprises in ShandongProvince, the questionnaire is established, including20survey question of occupationalstress,20survey question of organizational support,20survey question of jobperformance of coal enterprise in Shandong Provence. Then given the principles ofscientificity, practical and flexibility, this paper builds the research model of occupationalstress, the perspective of organizational support and job performance of coal enterprise inShandong Province. First, the data of occupational stress, organizational support, and jobperformance are then run for their reliability and valididty analysis of10coal enterprisein Shandong Province, by using principal component analysis model. Then we run fortheir One-Samples T test, One-Way ANOVA in gender, age, educational level, maritalstatus and working years. We inspect the influence of control variable to occupationalstress, organizational support and job performance, and compare the influence factors ofdifference. Secondly, using the statistical method, we run for their descriptive statisticsand regression analysis of the variables. Results show that eustress has positive effect onjob performance, distress has negative effective on job performance, the perspective oforganizational support tend to move in line with occupational stress, but driving the yields in opposite directions of job performance. Finally, according to the conclusion weconclude from the dissertation and the problems of occupational strss of the coalenterprises in Shandong Province we point out, we propose several policy suggestionsfrom3aspects to relieve occupional stress of coal enterprises in Shandong Province,which includes increasing eustress, relieving distress, improving organizational support.
