The Research On The Impetus Mechanism Of Cultural Industry Cluster

The development of China’s cultural industry clusters exist the problems such asuneven regional development, small scale, less competitive, and other issues. It hasbecome an important issue that exploring the dynamic mechanism of the culturaldevelopment of industrial clusters in the increasingly complex and competitiveinternational market and enhancing the country’s cultural soft strength. Therefore,starting from the analysis of the existing literature on the dynamic mechanism of thecultural development of industrial clusters, we carry out the dynamic mechanism of thecultural development of industrial clusters from both internal and external levels,system analysis, model analysis and empirical analysis of the combination methods, andthe dynamic factors, the associated mechanisms and dynamics of the principle aspectsto correlation analysis.The main content of this paper covers the background and significance of thethesis topics, research methods and the proposed innovation model and empiricalanalysis of the research status at home and abroad, as well as the dynamic mechanism ofthe development of the cultural industry clusters. The focuses of this study of thecultural development of industrial clusters are the inside and outside aspects of themechanism. Internal economic effects contain intrinsic motivation mechanismproposed mechanism, the mechanism of the industry value chain as well as culturalstock mechanism; External economic effects contain the government drive mechanism,talented personnel mechanisms, external competition mechanism and innovation-drivenmechanism. Then we make internal and external mechanisms to competitive andcoordination of the cultural development of industrial clusters, learning innovationmechanism and supporting protection mechanisms.Logical analysis framework combined with the dynamic mechanism of thecultural development of industrial clusters, starting from the Cobb-Douglas productionfunction, learning from Solow economic growth model, is built dynamic mechanismmodel of cultural development of industrial clusters. Besides, talented personnelmechanism has the level and increasing effects to the development of the culturalindustry clusters.Then we take Shandong for example and use factor analysis and regressionanalysis to test the development of the cultural industry cluster in Shandong Province.Then we got the conclusion that innovation-driven mechanism, talent gathering mechanism, the mechanism of network effects and the industry value chain mechanismplay an important role in the development of the cultural industry clusters of Shandong.In the Countermeasures part, views and countermeasures are put forward for theactual development of the cultural industry cluster in Shandong Province. Enterprisesshould be creative promoted on the basis of focus based on the advantages andcharacteristics of the culture of Qilu, focused on the expansion of the industry valuechain and network-based development to promote brand building cluster of culturalindustries. Government and other social organizations should give full play to theirrespective functions of government financial support, policy support, personnel supportto make greater efforts. Besides, it should strength exchanges and cooperation topromote international cultural industries though the government brokered. The privatecapital should also gradually increase the support of the cultural industry clusters topromote the rational normal market-oriented development.
