Evaluation And Restrictive Factors Of Farmers’ Life Quality In Wuchang County In Heilongjiang Province

China attaches importance to promote the quality of life of residents is the main content of theconcept of scientific development,embodies the humanistic care,is the need of development oftimes and social progress,is the inevitable outcome of the development of socialeconomy,industrialization and development of urbanization.With the rapid development of socialeconomy,the progress of the speed of industrialization and urbanization,the problem of food andclothing of people was solved very well,after meet the basic life need,people are turning tospiritual culture requirement,began to pay attention to the quality of life.Scientific selection of thestudy to reflect farmers indicator of the quality of life conducive to the evaluation of the quality oflife of the farmers have a real reliable,abundant throughout the study holistic andcomprehensive,presented in easy to analyze and evaluate the practical application of the indicatorssystem,and further by the quality of life index system for the development and implementation ofsocial policy to provide empirical information and theoretical analysis.By quantitative analysis ofthe quality of life indicators can properly evaluate the needs of the farmers to meet the degree,tofacilitate the strategic objectives of the country and government departments with a particularstage of social development in contrast to measure social development objectives are beingachieved,such a monitoring function help the decision-making to adjust to social measures toachieve the desired objectives within the expected time.In this study, the five permanent members of rural areas as the main survey sites,groupingsurvey,randomly selected from the five permanent members of the three groups of ruralsample,selected three village50samples of different income groups to investigate the quality oftheir lives.Design a questionnaire from the economic revenue and expenditure situation,livingconditions,to understand their needs,and learn about their satisfaction with the quality oflife.Univariate statistical description of statistical analysis of the different levels of statisticalvariables with SPSS statistical software using Excel software level analysis of variousindicators,the induction of a large number of random samples and data comparison and in-depthinference,and statistical the results make the analysis and conclusions of sociological theory.This study expand according to the following order:the basis of the survey data,theestablishment of the the farmers life quality index system,from the point of view of the satisfactionon the the Wuchang County Farmers’ quality of life evaluation;analysis affect the farmers quality of life through the evaluation of the quality of life of farmers,constraints,including urban-ruralincome gap and internal transfer of rural labor,government management philosophy,the cost ofagricultural production, uneven educational resources, health services, social securitysystem;aiming at the factors affecting the quality of life,and put forward some amount of measuresand suggestions for farmers to improve the quality of life:increase the income of farmers,guide thefarmers to build the reasonable pattern of consumption,improve the living environment offarmers,strengthening rural infrastructure construction,consummate construction of democracy andlegal system,increase rural education investment,enrich entertainment life of farmers,perfect thesocial security system.
