Enterprise’s profit ability determines the ability of enterprise profit, for an enterprise is always the same, the profitability and also determine the competitiveness in the market, so for the company in the new business development analysis, carry out the profitability and analysis is necessary. But from another point of view, different enterprise development path, so the characteristics of different enterprise is different also, this is the enterprise in different market there is a big gap between the profitability of the main reason, that is to say. the enterprise in the new business development, its profitability and traditional business profits have difference. From this perspective, how to select the new business development directly determine the development of the enterprise, and profitability is the enterprise selected new business development of a very important decision basis. Profitability is actually enterprise in a market competitiveness of the actual report, where a customer group have better profit margins, it shows that the enterprise is a market segment there are a certain competitive advantage, the enterprise’s profit ability, is actually to enterprise’s comprehensive market competitiveness research.This paper first studied the basic theory of profitability to wen research provides theoretical basis. On the basis of the HH to the company’s current basic present situation and the existing problems were summarized, and then, using the theories of profitability, the HH company’s existing business profit model is analyzed, and based on this analysis, formulated the HH company new business profit model, and finally the countermeasures of full text are summarized, and puts forward the prospect.In foreign country, research to self customer profitability is very popular and many companies realize the importance of research customer profitability to complete market positioning. But in our country, most of the enterprises are still not aware of the importance of customer profitability. There are few enterprises began to focus on customer relationship management, the customer profitability research and target market positioning. Hope that the research in this paper can help more enterprises to realize the importance of customer profitability to the enterprise management, and offer some reference for those who are finding target market based on customer profitability.
