The issues that supporting the construction of the new urbanization, promoting urban-rural integration construction and solve the " three-agriculture " must need an open, orderly and competitive diversified rural financial system to support.. Our country started the rural financial incremental reform in2006, setting up a new type of rural financial institutions-village bank, which was as the important content of the incremental reform in the rural financial market of China, village bank is granted the historical responsibility of covering and activating the rural financial market, but village bank as a new financial institution while being granted the historic task, the preconditions is to realize the sustainable development of itself. Due to village bank have been established as a new financial institution for a short time, the management of its development is insufficient and related supporting measures is not enough perfect, which will affect the sustainable development of village banks in China and historic mission granted.
