Compared to traditional migrant workers, the new generation of migrant workers as a product of the new era, have many differences, from an overall point of view, their human capital is rising, and their self-awareness has also been strengthened. However, the corresponding legal policy and management did not make the appropriate adjustments, resulting in differences between employees and enterprises, eventually leading to the strange phenomenon of the "Labor shortage" and "Employment difficulty".In this regard, the thesis studied500new generation of migrant workers in Shandong province, paired with78managers. First, we study the Psychological Contract Dimension by factor analysis, from the staff perspective, the organizational responsibilities include three dimensions:transaction dimension, a dimension of the development of relations and a living relationship dimension, and staff responsibilities include two dimensions:trading dimensions and relations dimension; by one-way AN OVA, we found that gender, marital status, geographic such demographic variables exist significant differences on the psychological contract, indicating that the generation of migrant workers have cognitive differences in the psychological contract with each other, so the managers should pay attention to the difference between them. Compared to traditional migrant workers, other common types of employees and other geographical existing psychological contract content, we find that psychological contract for the new generation of migrant workers has deepened, and come up with the life of the relationship dimension, etc.; By regression analysis, we studied psychological contract in the dual perspective, finding that the dimensions of cognitive differences has significantly forward on the psychological contract. What is more, the psychological contrary significantly affects employee engagement, which can not be ignored.The study shows that the difference in dual perspective of the responsibility causes the current generation of migrant workers employment reasons, this paper proposed solution strategies from two angles of the business and the employees. For businesses, it should be strengthened to improve the work environment, standardize mechanisms for promotion, reasonable overtime system, strengthen the humane care, providing statutory benefits, signed a long-term stable employment contract; On the other hand, employees should accurately know about himself and strengthen their quality enhancement. Only companies and employees work together, the two sides will reach a balanced state,"Labor shortage" and "Employment difficulty" will be solved.
