Loyalty and psychological contract are two important manners to show the relationship between employer and employee. then, how to maintain interactive relationship between employee and organization is always the key point of the managers and scholars to explore. There has a lot of study about psychological contract and employee loyalty, but there is no scholar analysis the internal relations. And, many study of the psychological contract breach also lack of consideration the work environment factors. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to reveal the mechanism of psychological contract breach influence employee loyalty, and employee groups were introduced, analysis the regulation of employee groups.This paper first introduces the related theory foundation, and made a more detailed literature review about psychological contract and employee loyalty. Secondly, according to the research on the lack of psychological contract breach affect on employee loyalty, put forward the research hypothesis. Thirdly, choosing and designing all kinds of measuring tools, and try to make predictions. Finally, using structural equation model test the influence of the psychological contract between employee loyalty in each dimension, and adopt the method of hierarchical regression testing staff group identification in different dimensions of psychological contract between breach and psychological contract violation set-up. Based on the analysis of the empirical results obtained the related management. Research shows that the psychological contract damage and group identity is affected by employee office term; Group identification also affected by the nature and the psychological contract damage in different size of organization is more significant differences; Norm psychological contract breach to employee loyalty honesty, keep promise and dedication dimensions have significant negative impact; Interpersonal psychological contract breach to employees loyal honest and faithful dimensions by significant negative impact; Development psychological contract breach to employees loyal and trustworthy and dedicated dimension by the significant negative impact; Psychological contract violation significant part of the intermediary role between the psychological contract breach and employee loyalty; Staff group identification is significantly negative moderating the norm psychological contract breach and psychological contract violation, but do not moderate the influence of interpersonal psychological contract breach and development psychological contract breach to psychological contract violation.Differs from previous general point of view, this study further explores the psychological contract breach influence on employee loyalty, and emphasized the role of the group, has been shown that the group identification can reduce the generation of psychological contract violation while employee perceived psychological contract. Findings provide a new research direction of psychological contract research, and also provide the theory and management measures to reduce the influence of psychological contract on employee attitudes and behaviors for the enterprise management.
