Natural gas as civil fuel economy benefit is greater than the industrial fuel.After China’s accession to the WTO, China’s city gas transmission and distribution industryushered in a hitherto unknown opportunities and challenges, will face not only fromdomestic state-owned and private capital and even the fierce competition from foreigncapital city natural gas transmission and distribution enterprises. Suzhou natural gaspipeline network Limited by Share Ltd as local monopoly state-owned enterprises play aimportant role in local economic development in Suzhou, need to actively carry outstrategic transformation, and in the strategic transformation process, how to formulate anew development strategy, continue to maintain the transmission and distribution industrycompetitiveness in the city natural gas, has become a reality. Urgently important problem.In this paper, through the study of Suzhou natural gas pipeline network Limited byShare Ltd development strategy, sustainable development of road transport enterprisesunder the new situation of city gas. The paper first analyzes the external environment ofSuzhou natural gas pipeline network of Limited by Share Ltd, analyzes the developmentenvironment and the industry competition structure of city natural gas industry andeconomic characteristics, transmission.
