| China’s domestic gas industry is started late and immature compared to the oversea ones.Most of the small and medium-sized cities in China did not built the gas pipe network.Yet the large demand of natural gas leads to an on rise stage of this industry.MZ County Natural Gas Company has seized the local market quickly with the help of its parent company.It has completed its yearly goals of sales,profits,safety,production etc.in the year of 2016,and increased the market share.However,the company shows problematic strategic choice and development issues,which is the focus of this paper.This paper analyses MZ County Natural Gas Company’s development strategy,the internal operation state and the external environment state.By using strategic analysis methods such as PEST model,Five-forces model and SWOT model to explore the internal and external environment,the industry competition trend,the SWOT of the company;and draft a sustainable development strategic plan.Through the study,the author suggests that MZ County Natural Gas Company should accelerate the expansion of regional market,while expediting the construction of upper,middle and lower reaches pipeline simultaneously.On this basis,the author formulates the strategies for Research and Development,Production,Procurement,Marketing and Human Resources respectively.And finally,develop a guarantee measure to ensure the implementation of the company’s strategies. |
