With the health development of electron industry in the world, China becomes oneof the most important manufacturing location and sales market of electronic products,and most of the electronic products are made by EMS(electronic manufacturingservice)corporate.As an EMS company specializing in manufacturing FPC and SMA, company X isworking hard at developing market and satisfying customer requirement, also theywould focus on not only new product research&development or marketingdevelopment, but pay more attention to operation management、quality control、humanresource management and cost control etc, to seek for its own brand strategy. As above,we should set up enterprise strategy as the principle core of company, connecting withbusiness development, operating and internal management, to increase company Xoperational capability and competitiveness.This thesis states the general technology and method of strategy management,considering EMS corporate background and environment, analyzes the companybusiness and operation from strategic management and physical operating status.Looking forward to find out the solution, and set up a proper company strategy andmethods for company brand strategy.
