At present, the world political and economic landscape is undergoing somesubtle changes。 Emerging economies, represented by China, continue to rise up,and continue to expand its influence in the world political and economic pattern。Western developed economies, take the United States and Europe for example, hitby the financial crisis and debt crisis, its economic strength affected to some extent,but still at a hegemonic position。 The stability of North Africa is influenced by theimpact of the uncertainties。 Based on these micro-changes, China-Africa’seconomic and trade will also face new opportunities and challenges, Theresource-based industry investment in Africa the main event of the economic andtrade cooperation, not only to China but also other countries。 This article willdiscuss the problem of investment in Africa which is resource-based industries inChina。Firstly, this article using the qualitative analysis method explains China-Africatrade and economic history, characteristics and feasibility of resource-basedindustries。 Then, summarizes the practical mode of resource-based enterprises’invest in Africa。 On this basis, parsed the effects of resource-based enterprises’invest in Africa。 Finally, proposed recommendations of the resource-basedindustries to invest in Africa。This article is divided into six parts which analysis the above issues in turn。...
