A Study On Supply Chain Contract Of Cloud Computing In Supply Chain Coordination

Cloud computing is a new concept which is put forward in recent years, the appearance of cloud computing will transfer people from desktop system as the center application mode into network as the center application mode. Cloud computing brings not only the people to change the way of using computers, but also will fundamentally change the way people to obtain information, to save and communicate information, even will bring a change of IT service supply chain. Because of the selfish behavior of the main members and the information asymmetry, the activities and decisions of the members and the profits of the overall supply chain conflict, so it is necessary to establish an effective coordination mechanism.About service supply chain of cloud computing coordination problems, this research mainly focus on the following three aspects:(1) Based on the study of cloud computing theory, analysis the operation mechanism under the cloud computing service mode (including IaaS, PaaS and SaaS), and create a new service supply chain of cloud computing. Because the uncoordinated problems existing in the service supply chain of cloud computing, this topic put cloud computing secondary service supply chain as the research object, using the theory of supply chain contract to coordinate the supply chain. The purpose is to design a supply chain contract which to establish a coordination mechanism, encourage both to make consistent with the overall interests of the supply chain decision. (2) Based on the research of supply chain contract theory, this topic design buy back contract and revenue sharing contract, in order to realize the whole supply chain system optimal performance. Mainly research the operation mechanism. In addition, price is the main factors of supply chain coordination, so an contract with price dependent demand in a retailer-led supply chain is researched. In this mechanism, the study found that simple buy-back contract contradictions, joint contract is established.(3) A design based on options and joint revenue sharing contracts to coordinate supply chain. Consider price as the endogenous variable in the study, establish the supply chain contract model in condition of requirements associated with the price. By adjusting the contract parameters, establishes the reasonable profit allocation mechanism, finally, achieve supply chain coordination.
