Reasearch On Main Agricultural Products Processing Cluser Of Xinjiang Southern Five States

Industry agglomeration has become a widespread economic phenomenon at home and abroad, many countries and regions have applied this kind of organization form to many fields and achieved remarkable economic effects. Advantage industry agglomeration is an important strategic industry development in our country, it has been widely promoted in various areas. Countries During the period of "11th five-year plan", by means of the new round of western development and corresponding Xinjiang construction opportunities, Xinjiang uygur autonomous region vigorously promotes the development of characteristic industry, many regional characteristic industries have formed a cluster pattern. During the process of development of local agriculture, Southern xinjiang five states actively explore the way of high efficiency, to increase the intermediate link of agricultural product processing industry development of agriculture, the main agricultural products processing industry evolved into the cluster. Studying the present situation of the main agricultural products processing industry agglomeration of southern Xinjiang five ground states, is conducive to help the local government find those problems of agglomeration, find the operable solutions, so as to promote the healthy development of the main agricultural products processing industry.This paper mainly analyzed the status of agricultural products processing industry cluster for Xinjiang five ground states.First of all, we analyzed the congregate formation conditions. This part mainly analyzed from the raw material supplies, policy support, technology transfer and the geographical position four aspects.Secondly we analyzed the degree of agglomeration. This part mainly used the law of location entropy and CRi index to guess and estimate the overall degree of agglomeration and industry degree and carry on the concrete analysis. The result shows:the main agricultural products processing industry of Southern Xinjiang five ground states overall concentration degree is low, agricultural and sideline products processing industry and textile industry agglomeration degree is higher, effected by policy tilt, market demand, the consumption idea, the product competitiveness and management strength, the seven major agricultural products processing industry present different agglomeration degree trends.Again, we analyzed the agglomeration economic effects. This part we first used C-D production function model to guess and estimate the agglomeration economy effect, then based on economic effect value, we carried on a detailed analysis from the "scale economy" and "scope economic" two aspects. The result shows:the main agricultural products processing industry of Southern Xinjiang five ground states appeared out weak economic effects, scale economy effect is obvious, but the scope economy effect is not Finally we analyzed the agglomeration spatial layout. This part we mainly used the method of language description to make each major agricultural products processing industry distribution and the geographical distribution a detail analysis. The result shows:the Southern Xinjiang five ground states have constructed major agricultural products processing industry parks, the most parks builted nearby raw material production bases and traffic arteries. Agricultural and sideline products processing industry, food industry, beverage manufacturing industry and textile industry are distributed more, but the district industry system is not perfect, industry layout did not form complementary advantages.This paper points out that we should gather degree enhancement, improve the innovation ability, reasonably plan the industrial layout three aspects to improve the present situation of the agricultural products processing industry for Southern Xinjiang five states.
