Research On Internal Control Of Ningbo Tongsan Construction Group

The internal control is the product of social and economic development, which growswith the development of economy. Its core is to perfect operation and management, toprevent operational risks, and to improve the economic efficiency of enterprises. The internalcontrol system has an important significance for construction enterprises, but the internalcontrol management of construction enterprises in China is not optimistic,which it urgentlyneeds to be strengthened. This thesis takes Ningbo Tongsan Construction Group as theresearch object, dissects its existing internal control system, analyzes the problems incorporate governance structure, project risk assessment mechanisms, project cost control,information communication mode and internal supervision and so on. Meanwhile combinedwith the characteristics of construction enterprises, it analyzes the current situation of internalcontrol in construction enterprises and its necessity and importance, takes the internal controlframework as the theoretical basis, and comes up with system design targets, designprinciples and structure framework for the enterprise internal control.Based on the internalcontrol system framework, it proposes its construction scheme, analyzes and designs theinternal control of key business, and suggests the safeguard measures for effectiveimplementation of internal control system. The given proposal in this thesis can not onlyimprove the work efficiency and reduce cost, but also can avoid loopholes in a certain extent.It can not only effectively ensure the realization of the rational target of enterprises, but alsocan promote the competitiveness of construction enterprises.
