The Study Of The Corporate Governance Structure Optimization Of Rural Credit Cooperatives In Fujian Province

Premier Wen Jia-bao proposes to step up rural financial reform and continue to deepen rural credit cooperatives reform in 2008 government work report. Deepening rural credit cooperatives reform and improving rural finance service are in relation to steady and healthy development of rural credit cooperatives, agriculture development, increasing the income of farmers and rural stability. When the development of rural credit cooperatives is suitable to economic demand, it will raise more funds to support economic reform and improve the prosperity of economy. But the profound problems of rural credit cooperatives corporate governance structure in Fujian Province haven’t been solved completely yet. The flaws of corporate governance structure come from property right, and mixed with it, which causes reform to get into dilemma. We will continue to deepen rural credit cooperatives reform, perfect corporate governance structure and build up the modern system for financial institutions which are all long-term missions.The first part is preface which mainly concludes the background, meaning and purpose of my choice item, literature review and comment, the scope of rural credit cooperatives, research approach and technical route.The second part elaborates the property right and corporate governance structure of rural credit cooperatives. The third part introduces corporate governance structure, institutional innovation of foreign rural credit cooperatives, upon which the advanced experience is concluded.The forth part probes the dissimilation phenomenon in the system change, which is based on historical study method and the system change course analysis.The fifth part analyses the present condition of rural credit cooperatives corporate governance structure in Fujian Province.The sixth and seventh parts study the problems and reasons of corporate governance, and put forward basic reform path.The eighth part is conclusion which is the centralized reflection of research results in the thesis.
