The nature various disasters, the earthquake caused significant casualties andeconomic losses, Earthquakes are one of the most serious natural disasters. In order toreduce the extent of disasters such as earthquakes, earthquake disaster prevention andmitigation system construction is particularly important. Currently, earthquakeinformation construction industry is booming stage. National government departmentshave also invested a lot of manpower, material and financial resources to support theconstruction on earthquake disaster prevention and mitigation system. Earthquakedisaster prevention and mitigation information system has been established. However,many traditional systems have many problems, such as difficulties in sharing spatialdata, oriented range of small, single target, weak synergy, restricting the promotion andapplication of the system, limiting the social service functions of the system. Theseismic industry faces a new situation: the build system requirements to maximize theuse of existing resources, information and application integration.With the development of spatial information technology, data source based on theintegrated system of earthquake disaster prevention and reduction of spatialinformation service has become increasingly diverse, spatial information servicesystem will play an increasingly important role. It is important to achieve the goal ofdisaster prevention and mitigation system construction by using the data. This articleon this premise integrated service system for earthquake disaster prevention andreduction of spatial information services. It gives the user a query of basic cityinformation and disaster data, and disaster analysis the defensive and integratedmanagement platform. In this paper, the optimal path analysis, buffer analysis andspatial analysis methods provide auxiliary decision support for disaster relief. At thesame time, integration into the knowledge of the earthquake on the page, so that usershave a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of this system.In the development process of the system, we combined with the actual needs ofthe earthquake disaster prevention and mitigation work, mainly in the following aspects:1) Described the current situation and prospects of development of spatialinformation services in disaster prevention and mitigation about earthquake, and madea systematic comparison of earthquake disaster reduction system at home and abroad.2) Theoretical exploration of spatial information and related standards, drawingon related technologies to optimize system operation.3) Combined with the current demand for earthquake disaster prevention andreduction, analysis and determine the function of the service system.4) Design function of the system framework and architecture, complete codewritten to achieve the main function.Shows the core functional modules in the systemand the correlation result of the system.
