Reservoir description is a comprehensive with three-dimensional space for reservoir characteristics quantitatively describe and predict. It is an effective technology which increase oilfield development level and effectiveness, maximize the role of geological, seismic, logging, testing, reservoir evaluation, and looking for subtle reservoirs, appraisal wells bit preferably, forecast production,provide the basis for numerical simulation, but also for the oil and gas reservoirs, distribution of remaining oil research, optimize development plans provide quantitative reservoir geological model to improve the development effectiveness, enhanced oil recovery decision parameters. Research reservoir flooded situation and distribution of residual oil must start from the deposition of the reservoir, construction, sand body distribution, lithology, physical changes and the distribution of the original oil-water layer, through the static conditions of the reservoir fine description, and more accurately reveal the distribution of reservoir flooded situation and remaining oil.Western Depression of Liaohe Basin of Bohai Bay Basin is a Cenozoic rift basin,experienced a rift of Paleogene and sedimentation of Neogene with two big stage of evolution.Thick Cenozoic developmental strata included Fangshenpao group,Shahejie group,Dongying group,Guantao group,Minghuazhen group and Fourth group of strata, the deposition thickness is nearly8000m, mainly contain continental clastic,including volcanic rocks and small amount of carbonate rocks.East off West super-style single off dustpan structural characteristics of the Western Depression, overall,the basic pattern of what zoning on the plane.Due to these tectonic setting of the control of conditions,result the western depression of its development process,have strong tectonic activity,mainly in rift fault block.In its developmental stages,the faults are well developed.Lianhua layer which is developed in Gao2District of Gaosheng oil field is third System, and is formed by Gao18and Gao2-4-6block, with constructed area of approximately about20km2. Gaosheng oil field nose structure is located on the southwest wing, the southern part of the high-three, NE-SW trending east-west and NW-SE trending fault segmentation, structural form in the the West Slope background by palaeotopography inheritance and development, surrounded by faults closed internal secondary fault complicated monoclinic structure, with a steep north south delay characteristics. Stratigraphy from the northwest to southeast plunge, Lianhua reservoir is nearsbore subaqueous fan system, reservoir lithology mainly by fine-grained sandstone, ranging grained sandstone,ranging grained sandstone, fine-grained sandstone and other components. Reservoir lithology of the rough on the fine, conglomerate, pebbly sandstone and sandstone, the lower part of the sandstone was massive, becomes thick interbedded. Therefore,drilling, logging data, logging data, seismic data are analyzed in detail and with reference to previous research data on reservoir fluid properties, reservoir type, distribution, reservoir control factors analysis, not only for the evaluation of well productivity, the calculation of reserves, reservoir geology model and provide the necessary parameters for the integrated reservoir evaluation, but also for the oil field choose the rational exploitation process and improve performance to provide a basis and guide the study area development next deployment.The papers for oil exploration, integrated geological, seismic, logging and production data, the following results were obtained:1. Based on the Lianhua reservoir mudstone marker beds and sedimentary cyclicity in the layer,and the principle that group is divided in accordance with the cycles contrast, hierarchical control, from largest to smallest level division and correlation to a small layer of the smallest unit completed more than100wells in stratigraphic correlation and divided, divided into a total of eight sand group and23small layer;2. With drill and dynamic data, combined with3D seismic data structure interpretation, and sort out the regional geology. The block identified19faults, the fault is divided into north-east to the north west, nearly EW, NS-trending four groups of faults, NE-trending faults nine regional trunk fault, F2control Gao2tectonic formation, the rest of the north-east trending faults formed a slope on a series of fault zone; 3. Understand Lianhua reservoir sedimentary environment, the area of sedimentary facies, and analysis deposition of micro-phase development of the relationship between production; that the area for the nearshore subaqueous fan depositional system, nearshore subaqueous fan inner fan, fan and fan-cooled three sub-phase, the source material mainly from the western central projection, fan sub-phase braided channel reservoir development, followed by the channel between the leading edge micro sandbodies;4. Through the analysis of the relationship of the reservoir, the reservoir sandstone and conglomerate oil,some glutenite physical properties are poor, porosity and permeability is mainly affected by the impact of the clay content;5. Small layer description for the unit to conduct a detailed description of the reservoir distribution.Vertically, the reservoir have an overall understanding of all angles.The study area of the main oil-bearing strata is Lianhua layer of L5and L6sand group,which mainly distributed in the top of each layer. In the distribution of the plane layer,closely related to the distribution of sedimentary facies.Bearing area from north to southwest to contraction,inextricably linked with the construction and reservoir type.In summary, we can have some important results about Lianhua layer, which contain sedimentary characteristics, reservoir characteristics; study the characteristics of distribution of oil and water, and complete logging secondary explained;Gao2district reservoir, the water layer, dry layer and oil-water layer, as well as different levels of water flooded layer is explained; macro-distribution characteristics of the different sand bodies and reservoir properties; analysis of fluid in the plane and vertical distribution of hydrocarbon accumulation controlling factors. In addition, according to the results of the fine reservoir description, determine the reserve calculation parameters, vertical sandstone group and small layer unit on the plane to the fault block unit reservoir reserves. These studies not only understand reservoir geology deeply and is great significance of maintain the production stability of Gao2district.
