Risk is that the development of anything has the unpredictability impact factors, whichmay be dangerous or cause loss. The risk is an objective existence everytime and everywhereand often associated with uncertainty fact. No one can eliminate the risk, so Using the methodof qualitative method and quantitative method combining fuzzy risk analysis is a Veryeffective and common method.. The essence of risk analysis is the study of uncertainty, riskanalysis method is also the research methods of uncertainty. In the fuzzy risk analysis, thesimilarity measure of fuzzy numbers has been the focus of research, and plays an importantrole in the fuzzy decision and fuzzy risk analysis. Based on the analysis of the existingcalculation method of fuzzy number similarity on the shortcomings of the similarity measure,two new fuzzy numbers is given. Firstly, a generalized fuzzy number similarity method tosolve the problem of risk analysis are given, which combines the gravity center distance,perimeter and angle of two generalized fuzzy numbers,and some important properties aregiven. By comparing with the existing similarity measure of fuzzy numbers, the results showthat the proposed similarity can overcome the shortcomings of the existing similarity.Secondly, we present a new similarity measure of generalized trapezoidal fuzzy numbers,considering some factors such as geometrical distance, gravity distance, the area and thespreads of generalized fuzzy numbers. And a number of meaningful nature of this similaritymeasure is proved. Then, We compare our approach with the existing similarity measures.Finally, we will apply to the given similarity measure method of fuzzy numbers in the fuzzyrisk analysis problems, examples of fuzzy risk analysis validate that our methods isfeasibility,effective and practical. The method shown in this paper is useful for processingfuzzy risk analysis method in future.
