The Huanghua Depression is situated in the centre of the Bohai Bay Basin, bounded by the Cang-Xian Uplift Area to the west and the Cheng-Ning Uplift Area to the east. This Depression is an important basin of petroleum exploration and development in the future. In order to discussing relationship between the process of hydrocarbon reservoir and tectonics stress fields in the present tectonic framework of the Huanghua Depression, we constructed3D simulation model, including seven sequence boundaries and reality spatial occurrence of faults, based on seismic data using ANSYS-commercial software of finite element method, and quantitatively analysis the distribution characteristics of the first/third principal stress, stress intensity and direction of principal stress at the difference sequence boundaries. And then, the main factor influencing the process of hydrocarbon reservoir of Huanghua depression is discussed accordingly. The results are as followed:(1) by comparing the four kinds of boundary condition of model, we find out that under the left-lateral shear, the third principal stress and the orientation of principal stress show certain correlation with the position of five oil deposit and faults strike in the Huanghua depression, respectly.(2) the process of hydrocarbon reservoir of Qikou sag and Beitang sag is divided by the Haihe-Xingang fault.(3) In the process of hydrocarbon reservoir, the change of the spatial occurrence of Cangdong fault, faults combination types and the topography of seven sequence boundaries had an important part to play. |
