In the wide ocean, the quantities of the ocean engineering structure are increasing day by day. The developments of the ocean have already steered for40-50years, the ocean engineering develops from near shore to deep and far ocean. In order to measure and collect the data of the ocean environment, the use of the buoy is being confirmed. In the ocean buoy system, mooring system is one of the important parts, especially for the buoy that working in the deep and far ocean, the configuration and structure form of buoy mooring are the key that guarantee the buoy regularly work. According to the ocean zone,this text introduces the methods of mooring system.On the basis of the date of American NDBC (National Date Buoy Centre), according to the depth and the working zone,the buoy’s mooring system is single floating-tape shape (or handstand S). Because the system is subjected to wind,wave and current in the working, so the mooring system’s safety is requested very highly. On the basis of static calculation and power estimation, combining with iteration method, offering mooring system’s fatigue estimation and analysis. Mooring system’s stress numerical can be gotten by means of basin trial. In order to improve the strength and corrosion resistance of the steel cable joint, adopting CPS copper oxide inorganic glue to splice.
