Put forward construct the oceandynamic environment contingency prediction system in this paper.In this paper analyzed the marine emergency system in our country at presentstage are belongs to relatively new field. Is still in the stage of continuousdevelopment and improvement. At present, there is no comprehensive system in thisrespect, construct the ocean dynamic environment contingency prediction system. Thesystem provide the login, atmosphere, marine, ocean wave, rescue, oil spill modules,Predict the wind, water temperature, air pressure, water level and salinity in themodules of atmosphere, marine and ocean wave. Take advantage of the front predict,can be used to forecast the rescue and oil spill, can take measure to the marineaccidents in time.In the ocean dynamic environment contingency prediction system, and itsimplementation in system adopted B/S structure mode, based on Windows Server2003operating system, using ASP.NET Framework3.5environment, using the C#asthe main programming language; Use the SQL Server2008database to manage thedata, the use of ADO.NET to access the database, it access the database generic andsave time, has the good coordination. Use the Arc Gis and ODBC to achieve thedynamic map. Under various technology makes the system more simple, convenient,and improve the usability and maintainability of the system. System at developmenttime also use AJAX Web technology, it can not only reduce the burden of server in theB/S system structure, reduce the requirement of the network speed, and also improve the interoperability of system, to provide users with more wayward interface.
