Jiangxi Poyang Lake Nanji Wetland National Nature Reserve is in the south of the main body of Poyang Lake, the outer part of the delta formed by alluvial sedimentation of the northern, middle and southern tributaries of Gan River into Poyang Lake, which is the the largest alluvial inland river delta in China. It is the key nodes of Gan River, Poyang Lake and the Yangtze River, and it is the important spawning and fattening place of economic fish. It is the key channel even at the end of the sanctuary of many migratory fish; it is the indispensable place and relay station for wintering birds to find food and perch when they migrate between East Asia and the Australasia route. It has very important international significance in protecting migratory birds. At present, the managemet way of the plate-shaped Lake has a certain influence on the habitat of wintering birds in Nanji Wetland National Nature Reserve. Therefore, we researched the community economic, survey plate-shaped Lake and investigated six times birds synchronous in Nanji Wetland National Nature Reserve. The main results of statistical analysis are as follows:(1) There are20different sized plate-shaped Lake in Nanji Wetland National Nature Reserve, belonging to Xiangyang village committee, Chaoyang village committee, Hongwei village committee, a Red rock factory and Nanji Town government. As the main economic income source for local fishermen, is mainly developed for fish, partly for shrimp. The plate-shaped Lake are contracted with ownership, owners mainly adopts the way that draining the water and then catching all the fish, left only a mudflats, and output of aquatic products decreases year by year.(2) Land types of Nanji is mainly paddy fields, the dry land and pond. The residents mainly engaged in fishing, but less in services and industrial.88.9%people think it is quite necessary to establish nature reserves a nature reserves in the wetland.(3)111species of birds are recorded in the six-time survey, belonging to14orders and37families, which accounts for30%of Passeriformes. Wintering birds account for50.9%, while the Palaearctic species is52.6%.(4) The number of birds during six-time survey was336340, which is mainly in Passeriformes, Anseriformes, Charadriiformes and Ciconiiformes. The quantity of birds in Nanji Wetland Nature Reserve of Poyang Lake has a certain dynamic change in different months and different sample lines. The quantity of birds in Nanji Wetland Nature Reserve of Poyang Lake showed the "M" shape in different months, and showed the "N" shape in different sample line. However, it was no significant differences in the avian quantity in different months and different sample line.(5) It was no significant difference (P>0.05) in different Orders and different Water Level of the quantity of birds in Nanji Wetland Nature Reserve under different months. But it showed a certain significant correlation (P<0.05) in different Orders and different Water Level of the quantity of birds in Nanji Wetland Nature Reserve. It explained that their distribution was a random, and it was not affected by the time. The plate-shaped Lake of Poyang Lake has a great related with the quantity of birds dynamic variations in Nanji Wetland Nature Reserve. Fishing of the plate-shaped Lake is main economic income in local fishermen. But it has a certain threat on ecology of Poyang Lake wetland, resources and the sustainable development of society and economy if they adopt the way that draining the water and then catching all the fish.
