With the continuous development of economic and environmental of current society,themultiple attribute decision-makings(MADM) method have been successfully applied in amultitude of fields, such as engineering,economics, management, electromagnetic environme-nt evaluation., etc. Multiple attributes decision-making (MADM) is an important researchtopic, which determines the ranking order of the alternatives to help decision-makers to maketheir decisions. In real life, considering the influence of the complexity of the objective worldand the ambiguity of human thinking and other factors in the decision-makingprocess,Decision makers often use natural language to evaluate alternatives.Therefore, fuzzysets applied to multi-attribute group decision-making, making related research on theory andmethods based on linguistic multiple attribute decision is of significance in theory andpractice, and has a better application prospect.At present, the fuzzy multiple attribute group decision making has been widely appliedin our actual life, the domestic and foreign scholars have conducted extensive research onfuzzy multiple attribute group decision making, and draws some meaningful conclusions. Inthe decision analysis of the fuzzy environment, fuzzy sets need to be compared anddiscriminated by decision-makers. Ranking fuzzy numbers is not the total order relationsunder the ordinary meaning,but the partial order or pre-order under the lattice structure.Notonly the problem of the optimal solution under the pre-order, will bring some inconvenienceto the decision maker. Thus the ranking theories and methods of fuzzy sets become one of thekey of fuzzy multiple attribute group decision problems.This paper studies based on fuzzy multiple attribute group decision making in pre-orderrelation, multiple attribute group problem discussed in detail under the pre-order relation. Tosolve this problem, we proposed the corresponding solution.The main content of this papercan be summarized as follows:1、We summarize the relevant knowledge of the fuzzy sets and fuzzy induced orderedweighted averaged operators. The multiple attribute group of pre-order relation is discussed indetail, and points out the existing questions of this kind. In order to solve this problem, weproposed a new method to Fuzzy Multiple Attributes Group Decision Making Based onequivalence relation. First, we analyze and prove the algebraic properties of the scoreS((P|~)_iΘ(P|~)_j) of the weighted difference of the membership values between the fuzzy sets(P|~)_i and(P|~)_j. Then, based on S((P|~)_iΘ(P|~)_j), the equivalence relation of fuzzy set is defined,provides an ordering strategy of fuzzy sets. According to the equivalence between fuzzy sets, we propose an improved method of fuzzy multi-attribute group decision making. Finally, theresults of a numerical example demonstrate the effectiveness of this new method.2、Fuzzy set ranking is discussed from the expectation and deviation of fuzzy set. First, wedefine k-order deviation and expectation of the fuzzy sets, a detailed proof of relevantproperties of it.Then, propose an improved ranking strategy, we also propose an improvedmethod for fuzzy multiple attribute group decision making. Finally an example is given todemonstrate the effectiveness of the algorithm.
