The paper studies the theory and methods of alternative ranking, consistency analysis of expert group's judgments and assessment level of experts in the multiple attribute decision making with intuitionistic fuzzy information. It consists of four chapters. In the first chapter, we summarize the theory and methods of MADM. Based on the actual background of MADM, mathematical description of it is given, and research on the theory and methods of MADM is concluded. Simultaneously we conclude the theory and methods of MADM with intuitionistic fuzzy information and analyze the existing problem in the present theory and methods. In the second chapter, we study the method of the alternative ranking on MADM with intuitionistic fuzzy information. Firstly, we change the intuitionistic fuzzy information into real number, then we work out the reasonable weights of attributes by using linear programmig. Finally we give the alternative ranking by using the synthesizing attribute value. In the third chapter, with respect to the consistency problem of expert group's judgments based on the preference information on the decision matrices in form of interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy numbers, an analytic method is proposed. Through defining the distance between two interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy numbers and decision function of consistency, an analytic method is given to the consistency of expert group's judgment including each elements, alternatives and indices. Meanwhile, a discrimination approach is proposed for the consistency of expert group's judgment based on the preference information on decision matrices in form of interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy number, and a readjusting way is provided if there is no consensus on the judgment. In the fourth chapter, with respect to the problem of assessment level of experts based on interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy number decision matrices, an analytic method is proposed. Through defining the relative deviation between each expert's judgment and expert group's judgment, an analytic method to each expert's assessment level is given. At the same time, a ranking approach to assessment level of experts is also obtained based on the mathematical statistics theory.
