The establishment of the primary and secondary control network in theupgrading project of Hefei Light Source based on the Leica TDA5005totalstation and laser tracker.The Point accuracy of HLS magnet achieved micronlevel; using the method of the precision engineering surveying and moderninstruments with high precision achieved precision metrology indicators;above all the alignment of the upgrading project of Hefei Light Sourceestablish a high-precision control network, secondly the magnet points arelocated and debugged according to the control network. The main content ofthis paper is that the measurement program of the primary and secondarycontrol network are designed and simulated, besides adjustment calculation isbased on the actual measurement data; and then a stable and high-precisioncontrol network is established. The main content of this paper is as follows:1、The Overview of Hefei Light Source is introduced and the necessity ofupgrading Hefei Light Source is expounded; simultaneously the alignment ofthe upgrading project of Hefei Light Source is summarized.2、The purpose of establishing the primary and secondary control networkof the upgrading project of Hefei Light Source is described;the measurementprogram of the primary and secondary control network are designed andsimulated,then its accuracy is analyzed.3、The used instruments and the actual process of establishing the primarynetwork of the upgrading project of Hefei Light Source areintroduced;adjustment calculation and accuracy assessment are based on theactual measurement data of the primary control network.4、The measured process and the difficulty of Surveying of secondarycontrol network in the upgrading project of Hefei Light Source are Introduced; combined with the laser tracker measurement data,unified spacemeasuring network (Unified Spatial Metrology Network USMN) in SpatialAnalyzer (SA) and3D control network adjustment are used for dataprocessing; and the data processing results of the two methods are mutuallyanalyzed in order to assess the accuracy of the secondary control network.
