GNSS time difference monitoring and forecasting is to realize the unification of themultimode navigation time in the system-level. In this paper, monitoring and forecasting timedifference between GPST and GLONASST with single monitoring station research is carried outwhich is based on the GPS/GLONASS dual-mode dual frequency multi-channel receiver inNTSC. The principle and algorithm of monitoring GNSS time difference with single station andmulti station are analyzed. The techniques of single station time difference monitoring is carriedout. The real-time time difference monitoring and forecasting software with single station isrealization. Finally, the single station and multi station monitoring results are analyzed andcompared by the international time difference data. The main content of the paper is as follows:(1)The basic principles and characteristics of two-way satellite, single station and multistation time difference monitoring are analyzed. The BIPM and IAC time difference data areintroduced.(2)The principle and algorithm of monitoring GNSS time difference with single station andmulti station are analyzed particularly. The errors and delay correction in the process ofmonitoring are analyzed. The dead pixels excluded algorithm as well as the smoothing and filteralgorithm is analyzed. The results of smoothing and filter are compared and analyzed. Theprocess algorithm of computing time difference using international time difference data isanalyzed. The time difference forecasting techniques based on the fixed sliding window dynamicforecasting methods is carried out. The long-term and short-term forecast accuracy of thedifferent forecast window size is researched.(3)The design of the single station real-time time difference monitoring and forecastingsoftware, the history time difference data calculation software, multi station time differencecalculation software, international time difference calculation software is introduced in details.These software are tested finally. The forecasting results accuracy of the real-time monitoring isevaluated. The single station and multi station monitoring results accuracy is evaluated by theinternational time difference data. It is turned out that the accuracy of multi station monitoring isbetter than single station and the monitoring results of single station and multi station consistentwith the international time difference data. It turns out that the monitoring results are availableand effective. The single station forecast deviations single day standard deviation due to10ns.
