Along with the continuous development of human society,transportation has become a key link which connecting all aspects of human production activities,but the development of transportation not only bring more prosperous economy,but also increasing serious traffic safety problems.In April 2011,the Ministry of Communications issued the relevant documents to require a sound regulatory system for vehicles with dangerous transports across the country to achieve comprehensive monitoring of the relevant vehicles.The mature and high-precision digital maps of GNSS and other positioning technologies and national road network data and other information to improve the regulatory system for the establishment of a strong technical support.To achieving real-time monitoring of large-scale vehicles,the most basic functional requirements is the realization of handing all vehicles GNSS data fast,real-time and accurate,which is the system support of other functions.The main research directions of this thesis are as follows.(1)Road network matching algorithm,the classic point-line matching algorithm in geometric matching algorithm,combined with the JiuGong lattice algorithm for circumventing GNSS error,can finish the operation quickly,efficiently and correctly.(2)Road network data organization,the use of horizontal data segmentation will be road network data partition processing,the use of GeoHash coding to improve query and retrieval speed.(3)Concurrent processing,by building a reasonable cache mechanism to reduce access pressureBased on the above-mentioned three problems,a high-efficient and correct scheme is proposed based on the existing related technologies,which can realize the real-time and correct processing of large-scale vehicle location data.The main technical solutions of the program are as follows.(1)Road network matching algorithm,the classic point-line matching algorithm in geometric matching algorithm,combined with the JiuGong lattice algorithm for circumventing GNSS error,can finish the operation quickly,efficiently and correctly.(2)Road network data organization,the use of horizontal data segmentation will be road network data partition processing,the use of GeoHash coding to improve query and retrieval speed.(3)Concurrent processing,by building a reasonable cache mechanism to reduce access pressureThe program in the actual test process,and achieved good results in the actual application process is also basically meet the relevant needs,which has achieved the following results.(1)Based on the existing pre-mature technology,combined with the actual needs and the actual situation in the relevant direction to make targeted optimization to meet the system design goals,and to protect the program’s advanced nature and application value(2)Reduced system deployment,operation and maintenance costs compared to legacy solutions.
