In order to meet the modern military comprehensive optical instruments’ operating requirements of one machine multipurpose, the optical systems’ working range in Visible and Infrared Band, so study and fabrication of broadband antireflection coating through500~1200nm wavelength. The coating system is designed by double efficiency interface theory and coating design software. Fabrication of broadband antireflection coating using mixed material H4、SiO2and MgF2. Analyze the reason of cause error through experiments, the result is simulated and optimized by variable metric with the help of coating design software, and optimizing technical parameters Repeatedly, by changing the master tooling of each layer in the process of fabricate, Solve the effect of thickness error on the spectral properties, the film is deposited by home-made vacuum coater finally, the average reflectivity below0.5%through500~1200nm wavelength.
