This paper overall summarized the Fourier transform lens system research situation at home and abroad, discuss the JTC (joint transform correlator) the application of the principle. Aiming at design requirements on target recognition of the joint transform correlator, and for improving the optical characters of joint transform correlator. Fourier transform lens designed three types, in this paper three-pieces Fourier transform(FT)lens is proposed. The lens parameters were determined by the matching requirements of Electrically Addressed Liquid Crystal Displays (EALCD) and CCD camera. Working wavelength is0.6328μm,lens focal length200mm, the full field of view4°, and relative aperture1:4. This system is of compact structure, small size and light weight by introducing one even aspheric surface. The design results show that at the cut-off frequency501p/mm,the MTF of the FT lens is greater than0.8; closing to the diffraction limited curve, and the image quality is perfect, The FT lens meets the requirements of overall design of the joint transform correlator. Using the zemax optical auxiliary software optimization design, the structure of the optical system are detailed in this paper narrates the whole process of the optical system design, system to make the image quality evaluation of the planning, and tolerance analysis. Designed by Fourier optical system structure is simple, with large aperture and field of view, excellent performance indexes such as advantage.
